Joulmine’s mission is to provide an industrial scale solution for the wind energy industry to recycle wind turbine rotor blades and other GFRP in a fully circular and carbon neutral manner.
Our Inspiration
Our name is what we do. Joulmine is inspired by two ideas. The idea of regenerating energy, which is where the ‘joule’ in the name comes from. And the mission to solve the biggest recycling headache in the wind energy industry by mining the discarded blades for raw materials.
Founding Partners
Joulmine is a start-up company founded in 2022 as a spin-off from Gefna and Ambrian Energy with the aim of deploying a GRP recycling process that is not only CO2 neutral but also circular.
